Arcaplanet consolidates its leadership and growth strategy by opening dozens of new sales points every year across the national territory, developing the online channel and all digital formulas in integrated omnichannel logic and developing the offer of new services dedicated to Pet. In support of this strategy and with a strong customer-centric orientation, it invests in the development of professional skills operating both in Retail and Headquarter with the aim of creating a team of experts able to drive the growth of the company through the analysis and optimization of sales processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing initiatives aimed at increasing revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and e-commerce, with experience in customer relationship management, data analysis, and process optimization. He/She will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, improving customer satisfaction, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities.
