As CRO Manager (m/w/d), you are the driving force behind the performance of our online shop. You take full operational responsibility to lift our conversion rate and average order value (AOV) to the next level. Your goal is clear: eliminate friction points in the user journey and ensure a higher customer lifetime value through strategic funnel-building and A/B testing.

Aufgaben

• Testing-Roadmap: You create and manage a structured A/B testing roadmap and lead the entire process from hypothesis to evaluation.
• Funnel Building: You conceptualize and build high-performing landing pages, front-end offers, and upsell funnels to maximize customer lifetime value.
• Team-Management: You manage an interdisciplinary team of developers, copywriters, and designers to implement optimizations and new funnels.
• Analyse & User Research: You use GA4 and Microsoft Clarity to identify weaknesses in the user journey and develop data-based solutions.
• Event-Management: You plan and manage sale events in the online shop and ensure a smooth technical and content implementation.

Qualifikation

• You possess fundamental knowledge in conversion rate optimization.
• You have proven experience in building landing pages and funnels.
• You have advanced knowledge in direct response copywriting.
• You love data and are confident in handling common A/B testing tools.
• You master the Shopify ecosystem and the integration of relevant apps.
