CRM Specialist & E-mail Marketeer

An email about sneakers almost sells itself. But can you get a buyer in the metal industry to click on a promotion for shrink wrap? Or make a furniture maker laugh at a newsletter about boxes? At Profipack, we sell packaging materials to companies in about 12 industries in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Austria. Not fashion or skincare, but boxes, tape, and film. And that's precisely what makes it interesting.

Our email channel is still in its infancy. You will build it: from idea to a working flow.

What will you do?

• You will build email flows and funnels per industry: welcome, repeat purchase, reactivation, and more.
• You will translate input from the webshop and sales into campaigns that stand out, from creative idea to flawlessly sent email. Is there a batch of film that needs to go? Then you'll make something great out of it.
• You will set up campaigns like Black Friday from start to finish.
• You will translate successful Dutch campaigns to countries like Germany.
• You will report to the e-commerce manager and work closely with the design and webshop team. For technically more complex ideas, you will be the point of contact for the external agency we work with.
• Do you have a good idea yourself? Then you will develop it.

What do you bring?

• 2 to 4 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or marketing automation, where you have technically set up flows yourself in HubSpot (big plus), Klaviyo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• You are creative and technically skilled: you devise the email and ensure it goes live correctly yourself.
• You speak and write fluent Dutch. German or French is a nice bonus.
• Experience in B2B and e-commerce is a plus, especially B2B.
• You have experience with Adobe or Canva, and you use ChatGPT smartly.
• You enjoy pace, are curious about what competitors are doing, and are happy with a channel that is not yet 'finished'.

Where will you work?

At our office in De Meern, centrally located in the country and at the same location as our distribution center. So you will literally see the boxes going out the door that you are selling in your emails. With over 50 colleagues, we are a young, entrepreneurial team with short lines and an open culture. Our motto is 'Don't talk, just do it', but there is equally time for a joke, a Friday afternoon drink, or barbecue parties with the team! And every Wednesday, we exercise together in our own Profi-Gym.
