CRM & Retention Marketing Manager (w/m/d)

QUICK GREEN is a rapidly growing digital Healthcare platform in Germany, connecting patients, doctor's offices, and pharmacies to prescribe medical cannabis. After successfully validating our business model and strong market resonance, we are now entering a decisive next growth phase.

After our first pragmatic technology prototype has proven the Proof of Concept, we are now investing specifically in building a long-term scalable, high-performance, and regulatory compliant platform.

Aufgaben

Your Mission

You will be responsible for retention and lifecycle marketing and ensure that first contacts become long-term, stable patient relationships.
You will steer engagement, repeat business, and LTV data-driven – always in line with regulatory requirements (HWG).

What you can expect from us

• Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Ownership von CRM- und Retention-Strategien
• Konzeption und Umsetzung von Newsletter-, Lifecycle- und Automations-Setups
• Entwicklung und Steuerung von Retargeting-Strategien in enger Abstimmung mit Paid
• Segmentierung entlang der Patient Journey und Nutzung von Verhaltensdaten
• KPI-Steuerung mit Fokus auf LTV, Wiederkehrquote, Engagement und Retention
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Patient Support, Product, Operations und Marketing

Qualifikation

You bring with you

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im CRM-, Lifecycle- oder Retention-Marketing
• Starkes Verständnis für Customer Journeys, Segmentierung und Datenlogik
• Erfahrung mit Newsletter-, CRM- oder Marketing-Automation-Tools
• Analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Erfahrung im regulierten Umfeld von Vorteil
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch
