What you can expect: Management of the entire process for introducing a new CRM system in service organizations in different countries (especially Asia)
You will agree to requirements from local organizations regarding the incoming system and compare them with existing workflows
Prioritize requirements together with local organizations and GEA IT organization, you will take care of
Training and explanation of the new system
You will develop solution possibilities and coordinate project plans between involved parties
The implemented preparation tasks will be tracked and taken over by you
You will accompany countries during the implementation phase
What you bring: A completed degree, e.g. economics, business engineering or comparable
Professional experience in the above-mentioned field
Experience with SAP C4C CRM and SAP ERP
Readiness for short-term foreign assignments
Good German and very good English skills
A high level of team ability and intercultural understanding, as well as the ability to consistently communicate your profile
