Job description

As a Product Owner for Customer Relationship Management, you are responsible for the strategic development of the CRM system landscape (Salesforce/SAP CRM) and drive efficient, user-oriented processes forward. You lead IT projects, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and ensure smooth operation of the systems.

Tasks

  • You are responsible for the product vision and strategic development of the CRM system landscape (Salesforce/SAP CRM)
  • In this role, you lead IT projects and coordinate interdisciplinary teams
  • Prioritize and translate functional requirements into user stories, which is part of your task area
  • You design efficient CRM processes, take features away, and ensure stable operation.
  • You conduct key-user training sessions, accompany change management, and secure data quality and compliance

Qualification

  • You hold a completed degree in the field of computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • In addition, you have extensive experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, or Marketing Cloud) and practical experience leading IT projects
  • You have a good understanding of agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban and several years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role
  • Fundamental understanding of processes in sales, marketing, service, and customer portals
  • Knowledge about data protection (especially GDPR) in the CRM environment and technical basic understanding of integration scenarios, APIs, and data models
