CRM Product Owner / Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• End-to-End Ownership for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) as well as the corresponding Microsoft Power Platform
• Main interface between e-commerce, marketing, IT, and other departments to further develop data-driven customer processes
• Analyze, prioritize, and implement requirements along the entire customer journey
• Independent implementation of adjustments and automations in the system using Power Platform/Power Apps (e.g. Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Configuration and continuous further development of Dynamics 365 (e.g. workflows, fields, views, business logic)
• Identification and implementation of automation and efficiency potential to scale CRM
• Ensure and further develop data quality, data models (Dataverse), and system structures
• Steer external partners and coordinate complex technical developments
• Establish and establish best practices, governance, and scalable CRM processes
• Monitor trends in the CRM, MarTech, AI, and automation areas and actively further develop our system landscape

Our requirements for you:

• Degree in economics, (business) informatics, marketing, or a comparable qualification
• Experience with MS Dynamics CRM, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform and Power Apps
• Able to implement small adjustments and automations independently (Low-Code / No-Code)
• Good understanding of e-commerce processes, customer journey, and data-driven work
• Experience in taking on, structuring, and prioritizing business requirements
• Basic understanding of data models (e.g. Dataverse), interfaces, and system architectures
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured working style
• High level of self-responsibility, communication strength, and implementation orientation
• Very good German and good English language skills in writing and speaking
