CRM Operations Specialist

To strengthen our company structure, we are looking for a CRM Operations Specialist.

The resource will be responsible for the control, management, and supervision of operations carried out by users accessing the company CRM, including Key Accounts and Area Managers.

Responsibilities:

Working closely with the marketing office and commercial divisions;

• Contribute to the definition of customer loyalty strategies and the conversion of contacts developed online.
• Increase the contacts entered into the system and improve user adoption of the platform and mobile office activities.
• Relate the promotional channel with the traditional sales network to effectively track generated opportunities.
• Connect the Marketing department with on-the-ground promotion (specific mailings, profiling for campaigns, and support for e-samples activities).
• Coordinate and structure company reporting activities and interpret commercial and traffic data from a predictive perspective.

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics and Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent disciplines.
• Fluent knowledge of the English language.
• Previous experience in the adoption and management of CRM tools in structured B2B companies or consulting firms.
