We are looking for a highly skilled CRM Marketing Manager to join our LATAM team. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing customer data, creating trigger communications, and executing special email campaigns.

The candidate must be highly analytical, able to identify customer segments, and be comfortable working with various communication channels, including email marketing, SMS marketing, and messengers.

• Analyze customer data and create customer segments for marketing campaigns
• Develop trigger communications for different customer segments to drive conversions
• Plan and execute special email campaigns to drive revenue
• Utilize email marketing, SMS marketing, and messengers (WA) to drive engagement and revenue
• Analyze campaign results and adjust communication strategies to improve results
• Create A/B tests to optimize messaging and increase performance
• Develop reports on the success of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement
