You are the central operational interface between strategy, customers, and implementation.

As a project manager, you ensure that campaigns are implemented quickly, cleanly, and efficiently – without any losses.

Perfect for you if you already have agency experience and know how important tempo, structure, and clean processes are.

Aufgaben

Your tasks

• Operative Umsetzung: Independent implementation and technical execution of marketing tasks and campaigns in daily business.
• Daily Management & Ticketing: Structured recording, processing, and follow-up of all incoming tasks and customer inquiries.
• Schnelle Kundenkommunikation: Ensuring extremely short reaction times. Customers receive a first response or intermediate response within 30 to 60 minutes upon inquiry.
• Koordination: Steering the collaboration with internal teams (e.g., graphics and copy). You create briefings, define clear deadlines, and use project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) for smooth workflows.
• Qualitätssicherung: Introduction, coordination, and consistent follow-up of correction loops until final release.
• Problemlösung: Quick and pragmatic solving of technical or organizational hurdles in ongoing operation.

You are responsible for reliable operational implementation and the consistent observance of all deadlines. At the same time, you ensure that all processes are technically clean, error-free, and with high reaction speed in customer service.

Qualifikation

This should be you:

➜ You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of project management and marketing

➜ You work structured, extremely organized, and proactively

➜ You are reliable and can efficiently manage many parallel tasks (tickets)

➜ You think solution-oriented and bring technical understanding with you

➜ You communicate clearly, precisely, and quickly – both in writing and orally
