Job description
- Eigenständige Planung, Umsetzung und Kontrolle von PENNY CRM-Aktivitäten sowie Projekte in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit dem jö Bonus Club und den internen Fachabteilungen
- Steuerung von CRM-Kampagnen und Maßnahmen auf Basis verschiedener Kundencluster, Datenmodellen und analytischen CRM-Methoden
- Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung von CRM-Kommunikationsmaßnahmen im digitalen & Print Bereich
- Laufende Aktionsplanung auf CRM-Basis in PENNY starken Kanälen wie Flugblatt, App & Co. und Erstellung von monatlichen Forecasts sowie Ableitung von Effekt-Analysen
- Regelmäßiges Monitoring von KPIs und Reportings, sowie laufende Optimierung der Prozesse
- Erstellung von CRM-Business Cases, Planung und Verteilung von CRM-Budgets auf Basis von Maßnahmen und Kampagnen sowie laufende Optimierung
- Operative Anlage von CRM-Aktionen, App Gutscheinen sowie Erstellung von Newslettern
