CRM Manager:in auf 520€-Basis (m/w/d)

Hey, we are MUVN, the ride-sharing platform for objects.

We're changing logistics by connecting drivers with free space in their cars to people who want to transport things flexibly, affordably, and sustainably. From small ads to important documents. Digital, insured, and transparent.

As of 01.03., we are looking for support in CRM.

No ordinary job. In this role, you'll be the connection between MUVN and our users. You'll actively communicate with them, ask questions, listen, and ensure that feedback reaches where it can make a difference.

You'll work closely with Support, Product Development, and Marketing to help improve our processes and product. Not theoretically, but close to real people and real cases.

Aufgaben

• Kommunikation with customers per WhatsApp, phone, and in-app
• Aktives Nachfragen and gathering feedback
• Passing on user feedback to Support, Product Development, and Marketing
• Supporting the improvement of processes and user experience
• Closely working with Support and internal teams
• Participating in improving processes and user experience

Qualifikation

• First experience in customer contact, CRM, or support
• Very good verbal and written communication in German
• No fear of phone calls (no need to worry about cold-calling)
• Proactive and reliable work style
• Structured thinking and sense of responsibility
• Interest in digital products, apps, and startups
