Aufgaben

You will take over a key position and be responsible for the operational implementation and analytical area of customer relationship marketing in the German-speaking region.

This includes:

CRM Executive

• You are responsible for creating, setting up, and evaluating automated and cross-channel marketing campaigns.
• You design a theme-based content calendar in collaboration with product management, marketing, and development for the selection of your content.
• In the creation of contents, you are both responsible for precise and yet appealing text formulation as well as the construction of advertising materials (e.g. newsletters) using common KIs, but also being creative yourself.

CRM AnalystIn

• You build customer segments on a micro level and design personalized and theme-based marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement, for example.
• You collect customer-centered data and analyze current campaign results in terms of relevant KPIs to gain a comprehensive insight into customer behavior. Here you work closely with our Data Analysts Arda and Jan.
• Based on your data basis, you lead optimization measures and conduct campaigns with a thought-out customer journey using A/B tests. At the same time, you align - for example with product management - possible product improvements to increase campaign effectiveness.

Qualifikation

• You have already gained practical Erfahrung im digitalen Marketing, ideally in the area of CRM and E-Mails, or you write regular sports-specific texts, for example, as part of your own blog.
• Background, education or studies are less relevant as long as you bring experiences from point 1 with you.
• Your analytisches und strukturiertes Denken helps you recognize connections, structure concepts, and pursue ideas.
• Eigeninitiative: You always find new tasks or optimization opportunities and exchange information with colleagues across departments if you need it.
• Effizienzgetrieben: You find ways to automate part of your work and have new technologies in mind. Use your annual training budget accordingly.
• Textkompetenz: You are able to write your texts clearly and concisely, but also loosely formulated.
• Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse: You speak German at least on C1 level or as a native speaker and can write texts in German without errors.

It would be nice if you could also do that

• Tools: You have experience with Google Analytics, Intercom, Photoshop, or AI - you can learn it at our company.
• Sportenthusiast: As CRM Executive for the sports betting area, it would be great if you were familiar with one or more sports and could get excited about new ones - but you don't have to actively participate in them ;)
