At Crewmeister, the Commercial Growth department is responsible for three pillars that interlock: With Revenue Architecture, we build the technical infrastructure to enable revenue; with Revenue Intelligence, we uncover where untapped revenue potential lies; with Revenue Scalability, we realize this potential through automation and scalable customer communication.

As a Business Analyst, you are the driving force behind Revenue Intelligence: you get to the bottom of data, find out which growth levers are truly worthwhile, and develop the projects from them with which we can leverage growth potential.

• Recognize potential: You identify where untapped growth potential lies in our business – whether with existing customers, through Product-Led Growth for new customers, or in existing processes of other teams.
• AI-powered analysis: You use AI to identify patterns in large amounts of data and derive reliable insights.
• Leverage potential: You translate your insights into concrete growth projects and accompany their implementation – from the initial idea to measurable results.
• Ad-hoc analyses: You help other business teams with data questions and ad-hoc evaluations for revenue-related projects.

• Analytical thinking: You love data, recognize patterns in it, and derive understandable insights from them that can be translated into concrete projects.

• Technical understanding: You are curious about tools, databases, and systems and have initial experience working with SQL and a Data Warehouse. You also have the desire to actively incorporate AI tools into your analysis work to evaluate large, sometimes unstructured data sets (such as support tickets, customer feedback, or user behavior).

• Business understanding: You understand what makes a company grow – you can work with terms like MRR, Upselling, and Churn Prevention.
