Job description

You are responsible as CRM Manager (m/w/d) for planning, implementing, and optimizing CRM and marketing automation measures in close coordination with your project manager. You work closely with Sales, Account Management, Graphics, and the Data Team to ensure that leads and existing customers are addressed along the entire customer journey.

Tasks

  • Development, implementation, and optimization of CRM strategies for lead nurturing, customer retention, and reactivation
  • Building, controlling, and further developing automated email, newsletter, and lifecycle campaigns
  • Segmenting target groups based on user behavior, interests, lead status, and performance data
  • Creating, maintaining, and optimizing workflows, funnels, and trigger chains in CRM and marketing automation systems
  • Analyzing relevant CRM KPIs such as open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, lead quality, churn, and customer lifetime value, and deriving concrete recommendations for performance improvement
  • Ensuring clean data quality, system maintenance, and GDPR-compliant implementation, as well as close cooperation with internal teams and external customers on CRM projects, campaign planning, reporting, and the further development of lead management processes and interfaces

Qualification

  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in CRM, email marketing, marketing automation, or lead management
  • Experience working with CRM or marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, emarsys, Brevo, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or comparable systems
  • Good understanding of customer journeys, funnel logic, segmentation, campaign mechanics, and technical background knowledge on topics such as deliverability, BIMI records, and inbox placement reports
  • Analytical thinking and secure handling of KPIs, reporting, and performance evaluations
  • Fundamental knowledge of data protection and GDPR in the context of CRM and email marketing
  • Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented work style, very good German language skills in writing and speaking, good English language skills are an advantage, as well as enthusiasm for interdisciplinary cooperation with Marketing, Sales, Creation, and Data
