CRM Manager (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for marketing our existing customers, from email or WhatsApp campaigns to budget control, including print mailings.
• You develop, implement, and analyze our email marketing campaigns (newsletters, flows, WhatsApp) and optimize them based on relevant KPIs.
• CLV, Churn Rate, and Retention Rate are not foreign words for you.
• You conduct A/B testing ideas and improve our communication measures as well as the customer journey.
• You lead cross-functional projects such as print mailings or subscription models and are in regular coordination with other departments.
• You supervise the creative design of the area.
• You have a keen eye for current trends and want to bring happybrush CRM to the next level.

You Bring

• You have already gained 2-4 years of professional experience in the CRM field, ideally in an e-commerce environment.
• You bring fundamental knowledge in analyzing customer data and experience in working with CRM tools (Plus point: Klaviyo).
• You possess excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.
• You are known for your independent, structured, and result-oriented work style.
• A high motivation to take on responsibility and engage in a dynamic environment sets you apart.
• You possess very good MS Office knowledge as well as German language skills at native level and very good English language skills.
