This is how you make a difference:

• You develop, steer, and implement our CRM strategy along the entire customer lifecycle.
• You work closely with our Business Development- and Data-Team together, act across departments, and lead strategic retention-, reactivation-, and renewal-campaigns.
• You define segments, triggers, customer journeys, and scoring models to ensure personalized customer communication.
• You analyze central KPIs and lead measures based on them to increase CLV and reduce churn.
• You are responsible for building and steering A/B-test concepts as well as customer feedback (NPS, satisfaction measurements).

This is what you bring with:

• Ideal 3-5 years of experience in CRM, Customer Engagement or Customer Lifecycle.
• Knowledge in customer segmentation, lifecycle mechanics, and automation processes.
• Strong analytical-conceptual skills as well as a proactive and structured working style.
• Clearness in communication and experience in cross-departmental stakeholder management.
• Creativity, excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
