As CRM Manager (m/w/d), you'll build our entire Retention department strategically. You'll develop flow architectures, segmentation strategies, and new channels like WhatsApp marketing, ensuring that CRM becomes one of our most profitable growth levers.

Aufgaben

• CRM Strategy: You'll develop and steer our entire CRM and Retention strategy independently.
• Klaviyo Flows: You'll conceptualize and build all relevant flows, from Welcome to Abandoned Cart to Winback.
• Segmentation: You'll develop a data-driven segmentation logic based on lifecycle, value, and behavior.
• WhatsApp Marketing: You'll build WhatsApp as the second Retention channel from scratch.
• Performance & Testing: You'll steer the channel through KPIs like Revenue per Recipient and develop a structured A/B-test roadmap.

Qualifikation

• You have at least 3+ years of professional experience in CRM or e-mail marketing, with at least 2 years in a D2C e-commerce company.
• You've already built complete flow architectures in Klaviyo or significantly scaled them up.
• You think strategically in lifecycle stages, segments, and customer journeys.
• You have a good copywriting eye and can brief and review texts strategically.
• You work data-driven and make decisions based on tests and KPIs.
• You speak and write German and English fluently.
