CRM Manager *in (w/m/d) - Cookware & Food

(German-speaking, full-time, hybrid in Berlin)

Aufgaben

• Ownership Retention Revenue: You are responsible for our CRM performance and increase retention revenue through Klaviyo campaigns and flows.
• Newsletter planning and sending: You plan and send newsletters with real added value, such as cooking tips, cast-iron pan care, recipes, product knowledge, and brand stories.
• Flows in Klaviyo build and optimize: You create, audit, and improve lifecycle flows like Welcome, Onboarding, and Post-Purchase, including segmentation, testing, QA, and reporting.
• Launch and season support: You support product launches and seasonal campaigns with sequences, segment logic, and clean send planning.
• Cross-Team-Collaboration: You work closely with Growth, Brand, E-Commerce, Customer Service, and Ops to ensure that content, timing, and experience in CRM really match.
• New retention channels test: You test new channels like SMS and WhatsApp, set hypotheses on, test out, and lead clear recommendations.

Qualifikation

• You bring 2 to 4 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in CRM or email marketing.
• You have hands-on experience with Klaviyo or comparable email marketing tools, including flows, segments, templates, testing, and reporting, ideally in e-commerce or D2C environments.
• You have a good feeling for copy, tone, and clear communication. Headlines and hooks are not just random products for you.
• You understand KPI logic and can evaluate performance, such as revenue per subscriber, conversion rate, engagement, and deliverability basics, and derive next steps from there.
• You have experience with Shopify and can use customer and order signals sensibly for CRM.
• You work structured, prioritize cleanly, and communicate proactively, with a strong eye for detail.
• You are familiar with relevant tools like Klaviyo, Asana, Shopify, and Google Analytics.
• You are fluent in German (at least C2) in both spoken and written language, your English is conversational.
