CRM Manager - Focus E-Mail Marketing & Project Management (m/w/d)

We are looking for a CRM Manager to take responsibility for member communication. The company unites several strong fitness brands from the premium and high-value-low-price segments under one roof.

You have a passion for connecting communication, data, and customer experience? As a CRM Manager, you will design the cross-channel member communication actively with – from strategic planning to campaign implementation, performance analysis, and optimization. This will make a significant contribution to strengthening customer loyalty and sustainable brand growth 🚀

Location: Munich or Frankfurt

Tasks

• Self-contained creation of automated, trigger-based email campaigns for Fitness First
• Evaluation of the campaign's success based on existing KPIs and measure derivation, as well as report creation
• Further development of existing communication
• Creation and maintenance of recurring measures for acquisition, retention, ex-member actions for the channels App, Club, Email, SMS, Brief etc.
• Steering of service providers and partners
• Tight cooperation and coordination, as well as implementation of campaigns and CRM projects with internal departments and clubs
• Self-contained work on processes to improve data quality
• Questioning existing processes and possibly optimizing or automating them
• Independent management of the campaign management system for implementing a data-driven, cross-channel marketing

Qualification

• Mind. 1-2 years of professional experience in CRM
• Good knowledge of working with CRM and campaign management tools (e.g. Emarsys)
• Experience with business analysis and campaign controlling based on KPIs
• A self-assured, team-oriented personality with a passion for the fitness industry
