About the role As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for the management and optimisation of our CRM systems, workflows, and data to drive engagement, conversions, and retention across our customer base. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to develop and execute CRM strategies that align with our business goals. What you will do: * Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer engagement, acquisition, and retention. * Manage and optimize our CRM platform (HubSpot), including data management, segmentation, and automation. * Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. * Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives. * Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and other CRM-related activities. * Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics, such as conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and churn rates. * Stay up-to-date with CRM best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies. * Manage and maintain data integrity within the CRM system. * Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues. * Provide training and support to CRM users. What you will bring: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role. * Strong understanding of CRM principles, strategies, and best practices. * Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot. * Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, and lead nurturing. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. * Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions. * Experience in SaaS or technology company is preferred.
