CRM Manager (all genders)

We are looking for a hands-on CRM Manager with a strong sense for copywriting and basic design knowledge. You will design our email and automation campaigns, optimize conversions, and implement creative ideas in our CRM channels.

40 h/w, Hybrid in Berlin

Tasks

• Management and implementation of CRM campaigns
• Writing conversion-strong, appealing texts
• Creation of simple visuals and assets
• Ongoing testing, optimization, and evaluation of campaigns
• Use of AI tools to improve campaigns, content creation, and automations
• Collaboration with the marketing team to implement new ideas and strategies

Requirements

• Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Klaviyo, Loop, Charles)
• Strong copywriting with a focus on conversion
• Basic knowledge in design (Figma, Canva or similar tools)
• Outstanding curiosity, enthusiasm for testing and experimenting
• Number affinity and the ability to interpret campaign results (e.g. GetKlar, Google)
• Experience working with AI to optimize campaigns, content creation, and automations
• Hands-on mentality and independent work
