YOUR IMPACT - YOUR ROLE

As a CRM Manager (all genders), you will take on a key role in our Marketing Team. You will design, analyze, and optimize targeted lifecycle campaigns to retain customers long-term and reactivate inactive users. In a dynamic scale-up environment, you will work data-driven, test new approaches, and help us take our CRM strategy to the next level.

The Role in Detail:

  • Planning and implementation of CRM lifecycle campaigns with a clear focus on win-back and reactivation
  • Continuous optimization of campaigns and customer journeys through A/B tests to identify the best communication channels, strategies, and offers
  • Creation of regular reports as well as ad-hoc analyses, interpretation of data and identification of trends and optimization potentials (also based on customer surveys)
  • Monitoring and tracking of all initiatives, including reporting of results to relevant stakeholders
  • Observation of current CRM trends and derivation of new, effective strategies for our business

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Completed degree (Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Marketing/Communication) and 2 years of practical experience in CRM, email marketing, or campaign management
  • Strong understanding of data-driven CRM strategies, customer segmentation, and deriving customer insights to increase revenue and customer loyalty
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, Excel, and Google Analytics; good knowledge of Braze is a plus
  • Analytical, conceptual, and creative working style with a strong hands-on mentality and reliability in time management
  • Team player with clear communication skills as well as fluent German and English language skills (Level C1-C2).
