Your Area as CRM & Loyalty Manager (m/w/d):
As part of our Customer-Experience-Teams, you plan, steer, and improve our CRM- and Loyalty-Strategies – always with the goal of sustainably strengthening customer loyalty, satisfaction, and interaction.
Your Tasks:
- You develop, implement, and optimize CRM- and Loyalty-Measures.
- You drive the strategic and operational development of our Loyalty-Program.
- You plan and realize promotions that excite and bind our customers.
- You identify suitable cooperation partners and successfully implement joint actions.
- You maintain our relationships to partners and agencies around the Loyalty-Program.
- You analyze customer data, segment target groups, and recognize cohorts, trends, and behavioral patterns.
- You keep relevant KPIs in mind, identify potential, and formulate concrete measures.
Your Profile
Your Strengths, which we need in our team:
- You already have 2-4 years of work experience in the CRM- and Loyalty-Bereich, ideally with a focus on Loyalty Program.
- You possess advanced analytical skills, are able to meet given deadlines, and are characterized by a high attention to detail.
- You work structured, proactively, and reliably.
- You want to continuously further develop yourself in the CRM & Loyalty area and are eager to take on new challenges.
- You are an absolute team player and enjoy achieving common goals.
- You have a university degree or comparable education in the field of Marketing, BWL, Communication, eCommerce.
- You speak fluent German.
