CRM IT Project Manager (all genders)

All talk about digitalization – our client makes it. For one of the leading European manufacturers of CRM/CX software (Swiss origin, ~400 employees, locations in Switzerland and Germany) we are looking for you as a CRM IT Project Manager. Expected: modern technology, genuine craftsmanship, and innovation in customer relationship management, marketing automation, and machine learning – in a culture that values freedom from hierarchies.

Tasks

• A completed degree in business informatics, computer science or equivalent. First experience (ideally 2-3 years) in leading software/CRM projects or as an IT Business Analyst.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Initiative, creativity, teamwork, analytical thinking.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Industry knowledge (e.g. Energy & Utilities, Banking, Insurance, Retail) is advantageous but not a must.
