We’re seeking a CRM Specialist (Klaviyo) to own email automation, campaign execution, and data optimization for a fast-growing e-commerce brand. You’ll transform customer data into personalized communication that drives retention and revenue. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement email marketing strategies, including automated email flows and promotional campaigns, using Klaviyo. * Analyze customer data to segment audiences and personalize email content. * A/B test email campaigns to optimize performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions). * Monitor and report on email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align email campaigns with overall marketing goals. * Manage email lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). * Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and industry trends. Qualifications: * Proven experience in email marketing, with a focus on Klaviyo. * Strong understanding of email marketing automation and segmentation. * Experience with A/B testing and data analysis. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently and remotely. * Experience with e-commerce brands is a plus. * Fluent in English.
