CRM, Digitalization and Automation Manager (m/f/d) - Full-time

Responsibilities

At our Itzehoe location, you will support us in the further development of our CRM system Salesforce, coordinate requirements from the specialist departments, and collaborate with our IT service providers on digitalization and automation projects. Furthermore, you will analyze and optimize business processes, develop workflows with Microsoft 365 and Power Automate, create analyses and reports, and support the introduction and development of AI-based processes, including those based on Microsoft Copilot. In doing so, you will become an important internal contact person for our central business processes and systems.

Qualifications

Ideally, you have a commercial, organizational, or information technology apprenticeship or a corresponding degree. You work in a structured and independent manner, are interested in digitalization, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI), and possess strong organizational skills as well as analytical thinking. Experience with CRM systems, project or process management, as well as Microsoft 365, Power Automate, or Copilot is advantageous.
