You love following customers along their journey, optimizing touchpoints and deriving measures from data that really show an impact?

Then join us on board and shape as CRM & Customer Journey Manager:in the further development of the 6-Minute Publisher actively! You will work independently along our customer journey, optimize our Shopify shop, develop CRM and lifecycle tracks further and support not only our growth but also your own.

Aufgaben

• You follow our customers along the entire journey – from the first contact to long-term binding. You recognize potential and lead sensible steps, improving the experience for our customers.
• Shopify & Conversion Rate Optimierung: You analyze our Shopify shop, find obstacles in the purchase process and set targeted CRO measures independently. Technical basic understanding you bring with you, so you can solve small adjustments yourself.
• Lifecycle-Strecken: You set up automated CRM and email flows and develop them step by step further. Content-wise, you work closely with the content team, technical implementation is yours.
• Daten & Segmentierungen: You work with segmentations, customer insights and performance data and use them to address relevant target groups and develop personalized experiences.
• A/B-Testing & datenbasierte Optimierung: You conduct A/B tests, test results out and lead concrete improvements – focusing on conversion, retention and customer value.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung im CRM & Customer Journey Management: You have already gained experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or optimizing customer journeys in e-commerce or D2C. You have achieved first successes and bring a good understanding of customers and their behavior with you.
• Shopify- & Funnel-Kompetenz: You know Shopify, understand basic e-commerce key figures and know what it takes to have a clear funnel. You have already worked with analysis tools like Google Analytics and can draw conclusions from them.
• CRM- & Marketing-Automation: You have already worked with CRM systems like Klaviyo and know how to set up and optimize automations.
• A/B-Testing & Analyse: You have experience with A/B tests or funnel experiments and lead clear, practical measures from them.
• Struktur & Arbeitsweise: You work organized and hands-on, think solution-oriented and set tasks independently and reliably.
• Sprachstärke: You have very good German language skills (at least C1) as well as good English in writing and speaking.
