We are looking for a motivated and engaged CRM- & Customer Communication Manager (m/w/d). In this key role, you will actively shape the further development of the CRM area at FlixTrain. You support us in continuously developing our CRM capabilities and consistently aligning our measures with customer growth, revenue increase, scalability, and efficiency. With targeted CRM measures, you strengthen customer loyalty, promote repeat business, and reduce churn. As part of our team, you play a central role in the further development of our customer communication along the entire customer journey and drive effective CRM campaigns forward.

About the Role

• You will be part of a data-driven CRM team within our Customer Product Organisation and work closely with Brand, Marketing, and Revenue Management together

• Your focus lies on developing and implementing multichannel campaigns to reach our customers at the right time through the right channels, with the goal of increasing revenue and customer loyalty
• Mithilfe von Performance-Analysen und A/B-Tests verbesserst du kontinuierlich die CRM-Kommunikation
• Dabei behältst du neue CRM-Trends im Blick und stellst sicher, dass alle Datenschutz- und Compliance-Vorgaben eingehalten werden

About You

• You bring over 3 years of experience in the field of CRM/CCM and marketing communication, particularly in customer outreach through different channels (e.g. email, SMS)
• In addition, you have practical experience with CRM tools (ideally Braze)
• You possess excellent German language skills (C1 level) and fluent English language skills (C1 level)
• You are characterized by an analytical thinking style that allows you to evaluate data, interpret it, and draw conclusions from it
• You are creative and understand how to formulate precise messages for different communication formats
• You work structured and detail-oriented, think outside the box, and bring in active improvement suggestions
