CRM Consultant (f/m/x)

As a CRM Consultant, you are responsible for the operational and strategic consulting of new and existing customers regarding the introduction and/or conversion of their customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Your tasks will include developing tailored CRM strategies, implementing process optimizations, and ensuring seamless integration with other business applications. You will also be expected to analyze customer needs, identify potential for improvement, and develop targeted solutions. In addition, you will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and support the development of new products and services. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CRM Consultant who is passionate about digital transformation and has excellent communication skills.
