CRM Automation & Project Workflow Specialist - EST Hours (Remote)

Our U.S. Client is looking for a highly skilled CRM (HubSpot) Automation & Project Workflow Specialist to support an international client team based in the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing CRM automation workflows, project workflows, and integrations within HubSpot, ensuring efficient and effective operations for our client. Key Responsibilities: * Design, implement, and maintain complex automation workflows within HubSpot, including but not limited to email marketing, lead nurturing, and sales processes. * Develop and manage project workflows to streamline internal and external processes, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. * Integrate HubSpot with other tools and platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, etc.) to enhance data flow and operational efficiency. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HubSpot and integrations. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to understand business requirements and translate them into effective automation and workflow solutions. * Conduct regular audits of automation and workflows to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and compliance with best practices. * Stay up-to-date with HubSpot updates, new features, and industry best practices. * Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot usage and automation workflows. * Document processes, configurations, and workflows. Qualifications: * Proven experience in designing and implementing automation workflows within HubSpot. * Strong understanding of project management principles and experience in creating and managing project workflows. * Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience with integrating HubSpot with other tools and platforms. * HubSpot certifications are a plus. * Ability to work during EST hours.
