QUICK GREEN is a rapidly growing digital Healthcare platform in Germany, connecting patients, doctors, and pharmacies around the prescription of medical cannabis. After a successful Proof of Concept and strong market resonance, we're now taking the next big step: Scaling.

Our first pragmatic technology prototype has shown that the model works. Now we're investing specifically in building a scalable, high-performance, and regulatorily sound platform, which will carry long-term – technically, economically, and for our patients.

Aufgaben

Your Mission

As (Senior) CRM & Retention Marketing Manager:in, you'll be responsible for our Customer Retention strategies and contribute significantly to ensuring patients regularly and long-term interact with our platform and benefit from it:

• You develop, implement, and optimize data-driven Newsletter-, Lifecycle- and Automation Setups, increasing engagement, repeat business, and LTV.
• You consider CRM from the technical, data-driven side with a focus on Flows and Automations, less on Content – here you know how to help yourself with corresponding tools as a shortcut.
• You're responsible for Kampagnenmanagement in Klaviyo, designing and implementing multi-stage Lifecycle-Automations via Email and WhatsApp, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B-Testing.
• You increase performance by monitoring automated processes, analyzing KPIs like Retention, Engagement, Repeat Business Rate, and LTV, and deriving optimization measures.
• You steer data-driven Retargeting Strategies in close coordination with Paid-Marketing.
• You ensure HWG-compliant Design of all CRM communication in close coordination with Legal.
• You work closely with Patient Support, Product, and your Marketing colleagues to drive cross-channel growth initiatives.

Qualifikation

Your Toolkit consists of:

• Flexibility, ensuring you navigate in a strongly dynamic market and between changing priorities
• Hands-On-Mentalität, intrinsic motivation, and a clear focus on Outputs
• Multiple years of experience in CRM-, Lifecycle- or Retention-Marketing – your "CRM Playbook" is second nature to you and can be converted accordingly
• A strong understanding of Customer Journeys, segmentation, and data logic
• Klaviyo as one of your most-used tools, along with demonstrable experience with WhatsApp-Marketing and A/B-Testing
• Experience in regulated or sensitive industries (e.g., Healthcare, Pharma, Finance) or touchpoints with the Heilmittelwerbegesetz (HWG) are a clear advantage but not a must-have
• Analytical, structured, and self-responsible working style
• A minimum of conversational German
