CRL Train Operations Test Case In-Charge
Job description
Auckland One Rail (AOR) is seeking a hands-on and organised Test Case In-Charge to lead the execution of train operations test cases for the City Rail Link (CRL). This role ensures testing runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule. You will play a key part in preparing the network for Day 1 operations and coordinate critical train testing.
This is a fixed term contract through to the end of June, 2026.
What you'll be doing:
- Oversee on-site execution of train operations test cases.
- Coordinate logistics, resources, and safety protocols for testing.
- Brief operational teams and authorise test commencement.
- Monitor test progress, capture data, and support debriefs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
What you'll bring:
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Experience in train operations, testing environments, or live rail settings preferred.
- Effective communicator with the ability to lead briefings and adapt plans in real time.
- Understanding of safety protocols and operational procedures.
