Job description

Responsibilities Coordinate crew deployment schedules and ensure timely crew changes in line with vessel operational needs Maintain accurate seafarer records, certificates, and contracts using Danaos crewing software Liaise with manning agents, shipowners, and flag states to support smooth crew transitions Process crew payroll, allotments, and claims through the company's payroll system Track certificate validity and proactively manage renewal timelines for all crew members Oversee crew welfare activities Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to crew deployment and management
