Now Hiring Assistant Restaurant Managers The Assistant Restaurant Manager has the overall responsibility for: Controlling day to day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team Ensuring that OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security procedures are followed Maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions Ensuring compliance with all Human Resources practices and applicable laws and regulations Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience Managing and controlling costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to achieve profitability and meet company goals Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers, and addressing customer complaints and concerns Developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees, vendors, and customers, and ensuring a positive work environment Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures
