For our creative and innovative catering company of the Rhaetian Railway and the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn, based in Chur, we are looking for motivated and committed employees. For over 100 years, we have been passionate hosts and railway enthusiasts, delighting our guests with high-quality culinary experiences on the world-famous Glacier Express between St. Moritz and Zermatt, or in the nostalgic dining car of the Rhaetian Railway.

Employment Type: Temporary / Seasonal Contract

• Warm and professional care for our national and international guests on board
• Competent advice for our guests and active recommendation of our food and beverage offerings
• Ensuring a smooth service process, including additional sales
• Preparation and service of beverages according to our quality standards
• Preparation and ensuring of daily mise en place
• Execution of first-class food and beverage service
• Active support of the Crew Manager in all service areas
• Carrying out general cleaning and tidying work to ensure a well-maintained working environment
• Consistent adherence to our quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Applications can only be considered if a valid work permit for Switzerland exists or if you are a citizen of an EU/EFTA country

• Passionate host personality with a strong service and guest orientation
• Completed vocational training or professional experience in gastronomy, hotel industry, catering, or tourism
• Sales flair and strong organizational skills
• Good knowledge of German and English; other foreign languages are an advantage
• High reliability, flexibility, and resilience, even in challenging situations
• Strong quality awareness and enjoyment in delighting guests
• Quick comprehension and solution-oriented mindset
• Confident, well-groomed, and professional appearance
• Independent, responsible, and structured way of working
• Willingness to undertake regular overnight stays away from home as part of assignments
