Crew Leader - Concrete Structures

Seeking a person for the position of Crew Leader

- over 30 years on the market

- 3000+ completed projects

- Realizations in 17 countries

Workplace: Contracts are planned in Germany, Belgium, and Scandinavia - country depends on candidate's experience.

Salary: 3000 – 4000 EUR netto

Duties:

- Maintaining contact with the client under the supervision of the construction site manager

- Resolving technical issues on-site

- Participating in coordination meetings with other investment participants

- Planning, delegating, and accounting for team tasks

- Supervising compliance with occupational health and safety regulations at the construction site

- Monitoring the quality of completed construction works

- Evaluating the effectiveness and engagement of team members

- Recording defects and initiating corrective actions

- Keeping a record of team working hours

Requirements:

- Min. 3 years of professional experience as a crew leader or foreman in concrete structures

- Knowledge of carpentry and blacksmithing works

- Experience in managing teams on international projects (5-20 people)

- Ability to read technical documentation

Desired:

- Ability to operate a level, rotational lasers, etc.

- Knowledge of an additional language used for realization (e.g. German)
