Accounts Payable Employee

For a large, international organization in logistics, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Employee to strengthen the team. Your activities consist of:

• Processing incoming invoices and correctly recording them in the administration;
• Liaising with suppliers regarding payments, terms, and questions;
• Monitoring internal approvals and following up where necessary;
• Preparing and setting up payment runs;
• Compiling supplier overviews upon request from internal departments;
• Maintaining and updating supplier data according to internal procedures.

• Salary between €2,500 and €3,000 gross per month, depending on your work experience;

• A completed MBO-4 (vocational) education in a financial direction;
• Two years of demonstrable experience in a financial role;
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.
