Job description
A well established Property Managment company has a vacancy for a Credit Vetting Clerk in the Johannesburg Branch. The successful Candidate will be responsible for conducting residential credit vetting by assessing lease applications, verifying documents and making credit decisions in line with company policies. The role involves close collaboration with the sales team, resolving credit related queries and ensuring accurate administration. Collect, verify and authenticate required tenant documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
