Location: Gurugram (In-office) Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (Rotational shift) Experience: 1 – 4 years Compensation: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month About the Role We’re building an underwriting operations team for a US rental-tech company that enables fair, fast, and fraud-free tenant approvals. Key Responsibilities Evaluate rental applications and verify supporting data. Maintain accurate records of all evaluations and decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
