Credit Specialist - Protected Category

For a solid multinational company based in the north-eastern area of Milan, we are looking for a Credit Specialist belonging to protected categories (L.68/99). We seek a dynamic, proactive person with excellent relational skills, able to fit into a cohesive team and contribute to the growth and reconstruction process underway. Main activities: - Management of commercial credit, primarily insured, with reduced internal guarantees. - Daily interface with sales force, agents, and clients for resolving disputes and recovering credits, always maintaining a collaborative approach and relationship-oriented. - Direct collaboration with insurance companies for defining and revising customer credit lines, particularly for new openings. - Production of monthly reports (in Excel) to support Sales Direction and Management. - Constant interaction with the customer service department for managing orders related to credit status. - Communication in English with the mother company for updates on systems and reporting. Requirements: - Experience in the role and contexts with insured credit. - Excellent knowledge of Excel for report preparation. - Operational knowledge of SAP. - Good written and spoken English skills. - Ability to work independently, maintaining a constructive and team-oriented approach. - Positive attitude and collaborative spirit. - Belonging to protected categories (L.68/99) A stimulating environment, oriented towards the growth of people and the construction of an inclusive and collaborative climate.
