Credit Specialist - German Speaker

Perform credit function assuring the effective and efficient cash collection process, in order to optimise working capital for the regions. Core Responsibilities Manage A/R receivable of the companies Manage direct contact with Customer A/P to optimize cash collection operations Manage operational relationship with Credit insurance company Work in partnership with Customer service, Country sales dept, Commercialisation team in order to align actions to recover payments from customers Assure correct and timely processing of all credit related matters. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as external regulations. Provide regular reports on the status of outstanding receivables and cash collection performance. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues that may arise during the cash collection process. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient credit management process. Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
