Credit Risk Trainee Officer

Summary of the position: Assisting the SCS team where applicable, with particular focus on corporate files belonging to the Corporate and Investment Banking business line in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand as well as corporate files under Energy and Real Assets coverage. This is a one-year contract role, extendable for another year depending on performance. Applicants should have maximum 2 years of working experience to be considered for the Trainee position. Main responsibilities: * Conduct credit risk assessments and provide recommendations to the SCS team; * Assist in the preparation of credit reports and other documentation; * Collaborate with the SCS team to identify potential risks and opportunities; * Develop a deep understanding of the Corporate and Investment Banking business line, including its products, services, and clients; * Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills; Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; * Maximum 2 years of working experience; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to work independently and as part of a team; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Benefits: * Opportunity to develop skills and knowledge in credit risk assessment and management; * Exposure to the Corporate and Investment Banking business line; * Collaborative and dynamic working environment; * Competitive compensation package; * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities;
