Credit Risk Quantitative Role (m/f/d)

We are currently supporting a leading consulting firm in their search for a person with quantitative expertise in the credit risk field to join their Financial Services Advisory Practice.

The company is part of a globally integrated network with strong local presence in Germany. It specializes in customized audit and advisory services for financial institutions, including banks, leasing companies, fintechs, and asset managers. Your Tasks:

• Leading a team of talented professionals - including coaching, feedback, and fostering a performance-oriented culture.
• Serving as a point of contact for clients on matters related to credit risk and IFRS 9 ECL, particularly in the areas of accounting, modeling, validation, and model risk management.
• Providing regulatory benchmarks and market analyses for senior executives to support strategic decision-making.
• BUILDING and maintaining long-term client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the development of proposals.
• Fostering a collaborative team environment and continuous professional development of analytical and technical skills within the team.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, law, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in the fields of capital markets, risk management, credit risk modeling, or finance, preferably in a bank, consulting firm, or accounting firm.
• Outstanding analytical thinking and excellent communication skills in German and English.
• A proactive, curious personality with passion for leadership and client contact.
• Commitment to building long-term, trusting relationships internally and externally.
