The Role
Reporting to a highly experienced Credit Manager, you’ll be the go-to for managing a $12M ledger spanning around 700 active accounts. It’s a full-function credit control role where your relationship skills will shine just as much as your attention to detail. You’ll partner with branches and customers to keep accounts healthy and cash flowing smoothly.

The Role
Reporting to a highly experienced Credit Manager, you’ll be the go-to for managing a $12M ledger spanning around 700 active accounts. It’s a full-function credit control role where your relationship skills will shine just as much as your attention to detail. You’ll partner with branches and customers to keep accounts healthy and cash flowing smoothly.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Making around 30 outbound collection calls each day—always with a professional, customer-first approach
- Running statements and issuing mid-month reminders
- Managing cash allocations and reconciling accounts
- Performing credit checks for new customers
- Troubleshooting and resolving queries in partnership with branch teams
- Processing invoices, receipts, payments, and credit notes
- Pitching in with ad hoc admin to keep the credit team humming along
You’ll thrive here if you love taking full ownership of your ledger, are naturally curious about your customers, and enjoy problem-solving. You’ll bring:
- Solid full-function credit control experience—confidently handling collections, reconciliations, and everything in between
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for keeping relationships positive even in tricky situations
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.)
- $85k + super + quarterly bonus—rewarded for hitting team goals and reducing 90-day debt
- Onsite parking in Silverwater
- Work from the office - 3 days per week (8.30-4.30)
- WFH - 2 days per week (10am-6.00pm)
