Analyze credit requests, recognize risks, and provide well-founded decisions. Coordinate and collaborate with colleagues from external sales partners (e.g. MoneyPark, other brokers) and provide telephone counseling to borrowers. Optimize processes and help us make our credit granting more efficient. With experience in the mortgage business, you'll grow into a controller and take over the second review of credit applications. Requirements: Bring with you: At least 5 years of experience in credit review and/or mortgage business. A good feel for numbers, risks, and opportunities. Fluent Italian and German knowledge, other languages a plus. Team spirit – you're reliable, act independently, and actively participate. Analytical personality with high quality awareness. Communication strength and finger-tip feeling in dealing with customers and partners.
