We're looking for an experienced Credit Officer to join Tradelink's NSW Regional Credit team, partnering closely with our stores, customers, and Regional Credit Manager. What You’ll Be Doing
In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of credit control across a large and varied customer base, helping to drive strong financial performance across the region. Your day-to-day work will include:

• Managing credit control for 1,200–1,500 customer accounts across multiple NSW locations
• Chasing overdue accounts, reducing risk exposure, and improving payment outcomes
• Reviewing and processing new credit applications and customer account setups
• Reconciling ledgers, resolving account queries, and maintaining accurate financial records
• Preparing reports, reviewing credit bureau data, and lodging PPSRs as required
• Collaborating with store managers to balance customer service, commercial outcomes, and risk management

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can confidently manage competing priorities with professionalism and accuracy. You’ll be successful in this role if you are:

• Experienced: 3+ years in credit control with end-to-end responsibility
• Organised & Driven: Skilled at managing high-volume ledgers and deadlines
• Tech-Confident: Strong Excel knowledge and experience using credit systems
• A Strong Communicator: Clear, calm and professional with customers and internal stakeholders
• Resilient & Confident: Comfortable having difficult conversations and negotiating outcomes
• Independent But Collaborative: Able to work autonomously while supporting a close-knit team
• Eligible to Work in Australia: Sponsorship is not available for this role
