Credit Management Specialist

Your mission

• Managing customer credit limits and ensuring compliance with credit policies
• Monitoring accounts receivable aging reports and proactively following up on customers’ overdue payments
• Initiating the collection process when necessary and maintaining positive customer relationships throughout local business representatives
• Analyse/process the customer credit requisition, validate the customers credit scoring/credit worthiness, analyse the customer credit history
• Periodic review of credit limits & assessment of customers
• Analyse the legal data received from 3rd party to reassess the customer worthiness, process with blocking/unblocking of credit limits once required, track debt regularization by customers
• Ensure the reporting on customers credits to respective stakeholders
• Contact with sales departments on the customers scorings, credit limit increases/decreases for customers, credit blocks, customer’s debt situation and history as well as repayment plans
• Contact with high level management within process of credit limit approval

• Participation in projects related to the improvement of accounting processes
• Day-to-day work with clients in the provision of top-quality services
• Working daily to improve your skills in SAP and Excel
