Job description
Credit Management Specialist
Location: WarsawYour responsibilities
• Manage and review and approve blocked sales orders to ensure timely release and processing
• New customer account setup from Credit Management perspective
• Existing customer maintenance
• Review and update of legacy customer data
• Conduct credit assessments and customer research, including obtaining Creditreform reports and performing credit checks
• Handle and respond to prepayment (advance payment) inquiries via email
• Prepare regular reports and perform PWB calculations
• Monitor key credit accounts with outstanding balances top OUT and UNN credit accounts €100K
• Prepare and distribute the monthly Key Account Manager (KAM) report on credit limit utilization (mid-month)
Our requirements
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Deduction Management processes an advantage
• Experience working with SAP an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• German: Minimum B2 level (written and spoken)
• English: Minimum B2 level (written and spoken)
