As a Credit Controller at Wärtsilä, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the credit risk associated with our customers' accounts receivable. Your main tasks will include: • Analyzing customer creditworthiness and making informed decisions about credit limits and payment terms. • Monitoring and reporting on customer account activity to ensure timely payments and minimize bad debt. • Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences. • Collaborating with other departments, such as Sales and Finance, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and transactions. • Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
